Welcome to my Pilates Card Deck Affiliate Program. You can view all the Pilates Card Decks that you can sell as affiliate here in my online Pilates Card Deck shop. 

By joining as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To join the program you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have a valid email address and PayPal account for payouts.
  • Promote our products honestly and ethically.

We reserve the right to approve, decline, or remove affiliates at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 20% commission (or the rate displayed on the affiliate dashboard) on qualifying purchases.
  • Commissions apply only to sales made through your unique affiliate link or affiliate coupon code.
  • Commissions are calculated on the order subtotal, excluding VAT and discounts.

Commission rates may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Cookie Duration

Our affiliate cookies last 365 days. If a customer purchases within this window, the sale will be attributed to you.

4. Payouts

  • Payouts are made manually via PayPal (or another method shown in your dashboard).
  • Minimum payout threshold: £50.
  • Payouts are made once per month.
  • Refunds or chargebacks will result in commission reversals.

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in their country of residence.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must not:

  • Use misleading, false, or exaggerated claims.
  • Use spam, unsolicited emails, or unethical marketing tactics.
  • Use paid advertising of any kind to promote PilatesLessonPlans.co.uk or its products. This includes (but is not limited to) Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, display ads, retargeting, and sponsored posts/boosted posts.
  • Bid on or target any keywords or audiences related to PilatesLessonPlans.co.uk, our products, or brand terms (e.g., “Pilates Lesson Plans”, “Pilates Card Decks”, “George Watts”, misspellings, variations, or lookalike audiences).
  • Create websites or social accounts that impersonate PilatesLessonPlans.co.uk.
  • Use our domain (or confusingly similar domains), logos, or branding in ad creatives, display URLs, or usernames in a way that could mislead customers.
  • Share or redistribute digital products, downloads, or copyrighted material.

Affiliates may:

  • Promote via blogs, YouTube, email newsletters, social media, and Pilates teaching communities.
  • Use the marketing creatives provided in their affiliate dashboard.
  • Link directly to the Pilates Card Deck shop using their unique affiliate link or approved affiliate coupon code.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Refund rates are unusually high.
  • Terms are violated.
  • Affiliate remains inactive for 12+ months.

If your account is terminated for violation of terms, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

7. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors.
Joining the program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency.

8. Modifications to the Program

PilatesLessonPlans.co.uk reserves the right to update these terms, commission rates, or program rules at any time.
We will notify affiliates via email or dashboard announcement.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits, damages, or data.
  • Affiliate tracking issues caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or user behaviour.
  • Interruptions or temporary downtime of the affiliate system.

10. Acceptance

By registering as an affiliate, you state that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • Agree to follow them while promoting PilatesLessonPlans.co.uk products.

11. Coupon & Deal Websites

Coupon sites, voucher-code sites, discount aggregators, and “deal” websites are not permitted to participate in this affiliate program. 

This includes (but is not limited to) websites that publish promo codes, “discount” listings, or “best coupon” pages for PilatesLessonPlans.co.uk.

Accounts found to be operating primarily as coupon/deal sites may be suspended or terminated, and commissions may be withheld or reversed where appropriate.
