A starting plan, not a commandment

Copy the useful bits. Change the rest.

Your membership gives you three ways to begin: one-click creation with Ask Genie, 10,000+ shared plan examples, or a blank plan built from 3,000+ exercises.

  • Add, remove and reorder exercises
  • Edit teaching details and add personal notes
  • Include your own movements
  • Copy successful plans for another day
  • Save and organise your practice collection

The Planner supplies the ingredients. You are not legally required to use every exercise in the cupboard.

Stream Plan

A guided route through the practice.

Stream Plan presents the class as a simple exercise-by-exercise flow, so you can spend less time scanning a page and more time concentrating on the movement.

  • Follow exercises in sequence
  • See images and teaching directions
  • Move through the plan at home
  • Return to the full plan when you need more detail

It is a guide, not a tiny teacher living in your tablet. It cannot see your alignment, change an exercise for pain or tell you that your shoulders have quietly joined your ears.

Create instantly

Ask Genie gives you a complete starting plan in one click when you want inspiration quickly.

Edit freely

Copy, reorder and customise plans without changing the original example.

Keep your favourites

Save, organise, merge, print and download the plans you want to practise again.

Three ways to use one plan

Choose the version that suits the moment.

Short Plan

A compact view of the sequence when you mainly need exercise names, images and brief cues.

Long Plan

A detailed reference with teaching directions, benefits, modifications and precautions.

Stream Plan

A guided, exercise-by-exercise view designed to make following the practice feel simpler.

Your teacher still matters

A plan can remember the order. It cannot watch you move.

Use shared plans for familiar exercises your teacher considers suitable. Ask a qualified instructor when you are unsure, need an adaptation, have pain or are returning after injury, illness or a long break.

The Planner is very good at keeping a sequence. It remains hopeless at raising one eyebrow from across the studio.

Practise safely

  • Follow your teacher’s individual guidance
  • Stop if an exercise causes pain
  • Do not use a plan to learn unfamiliar movements alone
  • Choose a clear, safe practice space
  • Ask for help when something feels uncertain

Useful questions for students

Before the mat comes out.

Do students get the same planning tools as instructors?

Yes. Your Yearly or Lifetime membership lets you create, copy, edit and save plans using the Planner’s full current toolset.

Can Ask Genie create my plan for me?

Yes. Ask Genie creates a complete starting plan with one click. You can then edit the result before saving or practising it.

Can I try Stream Plan before joining?

Yes. The Free Pilates Lesson Plans page includes public examples you can open without an account.

Can I use the Planner instead of attending classes?

The Planner can support familiar home practice, but it cannot observe your movement or replace individual teaching. Follow the advice of a qualified Pilates instructor.

Can I print the plan?

A shared PDF can be downloaded and printed. Online plans can also be viewed in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

What if an exercise is uncomfortable?

Stop and ask your teacher for guidance. A general plan cannot account for every injury, condition or individual need.
