What you get

See what a Planner-made lesson plan actually looks like.

Many of the free examples include more than one version of the same class:

  • Short Plan: a compact reference for teaching
  • Long Plan: teaching steps, benefits, modifications and precautions
  • Stream Plan: a video-based version for practice or teaching support

The exact downloads vary by plan, so each page tells you clearly what is included.

How to use them

Three steps. Very little ceremony.

Choose

Open a plan that matches your equipment, class level or available time.

2

Check

Read the sequence and teaching detail, then decide what suits the people you teach.

3

Useful questions

Before you liberate a lesson plan.

Do I need to create an account?

No. These are public lesson-plan examples. Open the plan page and use the versions supplied there.

Can I teach from a free plan?

Yes, provided it is appropriate for your class and within your professional scope. Review the full sequence first and make any changes needed for the people in front of you.

Can students use the free plans?

Students can use suitable plans for general reference or home practice. Choose exercises appropriate to your experience and health, and seek guidance from a qualified professional when needed.

Can I edit a free plan?

You can annotate or adapt a downloaded copy for your own teaching. To copy, edit, save and reorganise plans inside the online Planner, you need a membership.

Are all free plans available in Short, Long and Stream versions?

No. Many include all three, while some older examples offer only the versions shown on that plan’s page.
