We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee on all products within the online shop (this guarantee doesn’t include the Online Pilates Lesson Planner membership because it’s a service). If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your shop purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
