The beauty of being a Pilates teacher is the enormous range of “exercise types” you can choose from. The 14 main types are Arc, Cadillac, Foam Roller, Jump Board, Magic Circle, Pilates Matwork, Mini Ball, Reformer, Resistance Band, Springboard, Swiss Ball, Wobble Cushion, Wunda Chair and TRX.
